W.E.L.Safe CIC is a not for profit community organisation established in 2017, delivering welfare and harm reduction at live events, clubs and festivals, creating non-judgemental safer spaces for all. Alongside educational sessions to young people and bespoke training seminars to parents/carers and professionals.
The figures are in for W.E.L.Safe’s 2023 roundup, and boy, what a rollercoaster of a year it turned out to be!
Last year was a true testament to our resilience and growth. We pushed boundaries, expanded our team, and reached new corners of the globe, making a tangible difference in people's lives.
Our volunteers remain the backbone of our mission, offering support in moments of vulnerability, from substance intoxication to mental health struggles.
As we step into 2024, the momentum is palpable. Already, we're forging ahead, establishing footholds in new cities worldwide. The journey ahead promises new challenges and triumphs, and we're gearing up for whatever comes our way. Bring it on, 2024!

W.E.L.Safe CIC is one of the leading providers of welfare for events, event attendees and staff at festivals and large scale events across the UK and overseas, providing welfare at events for 150 - 80,000 people.
WELFARE
We care about you and friends wellbeing so we provide welfare services at festivals, events or club nights, delivered by trained and specialist staff and volunteers, tailored to meet you specific aims and needs.
EDUCATION
We believe everyone should have access to education and information about how to keep themselves safe to feel empowered to make informed educated choices.
LEARNING
We deliver learning opportunities so people surrounding you have the chance to understand the difficulties you face and how to support you best.
